would be CS FOR SENATE BILL  NO. 10(FIN) am, "An Act establishing                                                               
a  grant program  to provide  to essential  workers and  laid-off                                                               
workers  the tuition  and fees  to  attend certain  postsecondary

of   committee   with    individual   recommendations   and   the
